No run-of-the-mill Orangery for this Mill House

The clients have lived in this wonderful Mill House for over 30 years. For the last 10 years they’ve wanted to replace their draughty old steel sunroom with a large living space to complement the house and make the most of its breathtaking views of the River Wensum.

We designed this stunning hardwood Orangery, featuring large frieze and pilaster detailing, with divided-margin fenestration to each sash. The Bakers (and their Jack Russell) now spend all of their time in the new room and just wish they’d built it sooner.
